Will I get the same product as the picture?
Yes, all photos are taken by professional photographers and represent our real products accurately.
Do you handle the painting finish in-house?
Yes, in compliance with Environmental Protection Policies, we have our own dust-free painting room. All finishing is done by our own factory and workers to ensure stable, excellent quality.
How do you conduct quality control?
With over 10 years of experience, we have a rigorous system: department managers mark flaws at each stage, and 4 dedicated QC staff perform daily final examinations after packing. All processes are recorded.
Will you maximize the container space for high freight charges?
Absolutely. Once an order is confirmed, we can include spare products to fill any remaining space in the container to optimize your shipping costs.
What is the policy for receiving broken products?
In the rare event of damage during transit, we will provide a new replacement or issue a refund.
What are the standard payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T: a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% due upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (BL) copy.
