Q1: What is the thickness for anodizing? Can you do 15um? A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15um and above as per requested.

Q2: What colors can you provide for powder coating? A: We can do any color for powder coat as long as you provide a color sample. Normal thickness is 60-80um.

Q3: What wood grain patterns are available? A: Popular colors include Western Red Cedar, Australia Cedar, Jarrah, Chestnut, Bush Cherry, and Snow Gum. Custom samples are also accepted.

Q4: How is the weather resistance for wood grain finish D1010? A: It complies with American AAMA Standard 2603, passing 1000 hours UV and salt spraying tests with a 10-year color guarantee.

Q5: What are your payment terms and delivery times? A: Usually 30% deposit via T/T, balance before shipment. Delivery takes 2-3 weeks for samples/moulds and 3-4 weeks for mass production.
